When I go to the website I see the new platform briefly and then it goes away to a white screen and never loads. I had previously gotten into the new platform and chose for it to load as the old one and I think it can't find the old one anymore. Please help.

So far I have not experienced the same problem. I am able to load the JotForm pages and the form builder.
Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and try again? You might as well check it with your other browser, perhaps it's specific on the current browser you're using.
I have tried, MS Edge, IE 10, Firefox, Chrome, all working fine on my side.
May we know the browser you've experienced this problem and its version?

goes to the new platform and then tries to switch to the old one but gives
me a blank page instead.
I had used the "Switch to Old Format" button on the top and I think that is
where the problem lies. This appears to be a problem with Explorer because
I was able to get in with Chrome. I need Explorer to work if possible as
well.
I've gone into settings and there isn't a place or way to change it back.
If Jotform could just delete that choice I made I would be grateful.

We apologize for the ongoing issue.
Just want to confirm if you are referring to this form's submission page https://www.jotform.com/sheets/81967783690172?
I believe you are pertaining to the old and new version of submission page, correct?
Old view
New view
I just tried viewing the old and new version on my end without any issues.
To further isolate the issue, please try the suggestions below and see if that helps.
1). Clear your form cache and browser cache.
2). Try creating a test form and integrate that with your Google sheets and see if you can still replicate it on that test form.
3). Try using other browsers
4). Try incognito mode (if using Chrome) or private browsing (if using Firefox).
Looking forward for your response.
