How Can I CC myself in an email to be sure it has been sent to all required email addresses?

For one of my forms, I actually need to send to another email recipient (other than my own), but I want to CC myself to make sure it is being sent to that person. How can I do this in the email notifications section?

You can send the Notification Email to multiple recipients (your email address and any other email address).
