Why the form is redirecting to build mode as collaborator?

    Hi Im having issues with all the forms. A customer just brought to my attention that when filling the resume writing form it takes them to jotform as collaborator- so they can access the form and modify it. Why is this happening? Im paying the membership to remove the branding and this is not acceptable. Can you fix this issue please

    It is not possible to edit the form unless the form is shared with the collaboration link to the other user or the user has the login information. Additionally, the edit mode of a form cannot be opened while it is embedded on a web page. I have checked your web page and see that is embedded using form embed plugin on your WordPress webpage.

    Could you get in touch with the user and get some information to replicate the issue at our end so that we can guide you in the right direction? A screenshot would also be appreciated.

    Im paying the membership to remove the branding and this is not acceptable.

    As we check your JotForm on the web page, it is not displaying any branding label/footer on the form. Could you check once again and let us know if you are referring to something different?

    Designer told he embedded the wrong link. Again sorry for the inconvenience.
