    Hey Guys,

    Please see this:

These are the custom fields in Infusion:

    Lifestyle Situation Qualifier

Our number one priority is generating the first sale or first set of sales from our idea or product.

We are generating sales every now & then. It is inconsistent but we are generating a reasonable volume of sales to pay the bills and keep the business afloat.

We are generating sales consistently & steadily & our basic needs are covered. But it's not good enough. We need to grow more and our priority is to figure out what we need to learn & do to grow to the next level.

We are focused on scaling our sales & revenues but we are facing profitability issues as we scale up. We are not able to sustain profits while scaling.

We are generating a good volume of sales & revenue every month. Our business is great but we feel that there's a lot of room to grow. We would like to go even bigger with our business.

We have a good business a great product line excellent systems & lots of goodwill in the marketplace. We would like to take things up by a few more notches explode our sales & revenues & get to the highest level possible.

    Thanks,

    Harry

If the integration was working before but it is not working now, this is probably because of a change that was made to the form.

Checking the Revision History, I can see that the Radio Button field was modified earlier today and on September 14.

I can see that you are using Calculation Values for the Radio Button options but I can't see where are you using them.

Can you please try turning the Use Calculation Values option OFF and test the form again?

    Hey Adrian,

Nope - even without it - it used to fail.

The radio values aren't getting mapped even on a cloned form:

    Hi Harry,

I have tested the Infusionsoft integration with custom fields (a radio button field) and it is working correctly.

Please make sure that the option labels (text) in Infusionsoft are identical with the options in JotForm.

I noticed you are missing some commas in the options of the Infusionsoft custom field.

I would suggest you copy and paste the options from JotForm to Infusionsoft or vice-versa.

This also explains the situation that this used to work and some changes (such as adding a comma) were made to the options of the radio button field in JotForm that is causing this issue.

Get back to us if you need further assistance.

    Hey Adrian,

    Yes - I tried this.
Had to do this a couple of times & finally the data synced. You can see this:
