Can't edit email content on form submission

Hello, I have a form that I am using to process a caregivers application fee in our account. I tested this form and wanted to go ahead and edit the email content to resemble the other forms that I have. The PayPal plugin seemed to work just fine, however, I cannot edit the email that it coming back to me. Can you please give me a hand? When I click into the table it instantly clicks out of it. I cannot even copy the HTML that I used in another for to edit that. Any ideas?

I have been testing using your form and I cannot replicate the issue you mentioned, I was able to edit the email template without any issues, example: 

I would recommend you to try clearing your browsers cache and see if that helps.
