On my website www.realestatepostcards.co/New-Page.html I have uploaded two forms. There is a NEXT button inbetween the two forms but I really only want one long form. Is there a way to make them into one single form or a way for both form pages to be submitted to my email address with only the press on one submit button. I am brand new to your web program but really see where it can help me and I would like to upgrade my sub. to the next level.

What you need to do is edit your form. Just create one whole big form with all the fields and information that you need. There is no way to merge the two forms automatically. You need to do it manually.
For the back/next buttons, what you need to do is
1. Edit your form
2. Go to the bottom of the form and click that field area with Back and Next buttons
3. A red X will appear with a gear beside it. Click the red X to delete.

I am interesting in adobe dreamweaver , how to building webpage . I am learning with the books and some internet data for how to create standard webpage . I was learned very difficultly as well as i am not very familier with the IT . But i can create some basic page with my reading knowledge . i would like to put form page with submit cv webpage . But i dont know how to create and how to connect between the two page ( Submit cv page and thank you page ) . One more thing is i do not clear if the form the load document can receiving in my web page ? how to make all complete this form .

You don't need to have very high technical knowledge when creating forms with Jotform. It already comes with a Thank You page as well. Simply drag and drop the fields that you need in your form and edit the labels for it.
Once you are done, simply go to Setup & Embed tab and click Embed Form.
You will have multiple options on how you want to paste your form on your webpage.
On receiving your submissions. Simply login to your account here and go to My Forms, then click the form you wish to view the submissions data and click Submissions on top. You will be directed to the page where you can find your submissions list data.
Editing your thank you page
The thank you page can be edited by going to Jotform's form builder (editing your form) and clicking Thank You, just above the form that you are editing.
You will have 3 options to choose from:
1. Default Thank you page
2. Custom URL
3. Thank you Message
Creating a custom Thank you message
The Thank you message is hosted here in Jotform. Once a user submits a form, he will automatically be redirected to that page (If you have set it there). You can edit the contents as well of the thank you message. Simply select this option and click the next button.
On the 2nd page, you will see a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor. This is very similar to typing your message or pasting images in MS Word. With this editor, you also have an option to manually do the layout if you have knowledge with HTML. Just click the HTML icon and a new window will pop-up. Once you're done click the update button and the edits that you have made will show up back on the WYSIWYG editor:
Pointing the Thank You URL to your own HTML page:
To redirect users to a Thank You page after form submission, follow these steps on form editor:
1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab on the form builder toolbar
2. Click on "Thank You" button on toolbar
3. Select "Custom URL" and click "Next"
4. Enter URL of the success page on your site.

Stellar: To put user responses on your web site, you can use the "Reports" feature. On My Forms page, select your form and then select "Reports" button at the top. Then create a new "HTML Table" report and post the code provided on your site.

As what Aytekin had stated, it would be great if you could start a new thread since you have started a new question to prevent off-topic discussions be talked about within a thread.
Anyway to explain what Aytekin had said:
1. Go to My Forms and then select the form that you wish to get the data such as user comments
2. Click Reports on top
3. Click Add New Report
4. A report wizard will appear. Select the type of report that you wish to use and click the next button at the lower right. In my example I chose HTML Table Listing
5. Get the Iframe code and complete the wizard by clicking the finish button
Finally, paste the iframe code inside your webpage, either above or below your form code.
Hope this quick tutorial helps you with what you're trying to achieve.

Dear Sir ,
I want to create slide show with few of photos to my webppage . However i download the software there is autogenerator was provide their software name . I do not want their trial version name by owner. How can i get good software or easy use with SWF file and flash creator as well.

There many flash creator/editor available for free use.
You can checkout sourceforge.net and download.cnet.com there
are many options for you to choose from for the application that
you want according to your needs.
