Where did all my images go?

I logged in this morning to find all my images on all my forms are gone. What happened?!

I checked one of your forms and I can see images on it. Here's a screenshot:

I cleared your form cache on our server. 

Could you please check again? If the issue still persists, please provide more information about the issue so we can assist you properly.

May we know what images are missing? Also, please provide the form links so we can check it.

Unfortunately, I cannot see the images you're trying to provide. Please share the screenshot again by opening this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1587987 and following this guide: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Also, you said that you cannot see the image I provided. For testing purposes, could you please try using a different internet browser and different internet connection?

Hi John!
I’ve reached out to my IT team here and they believe it’s an issue of our firewall. Our firewall blocks servers from certain countries and whatever country you host your images on, must be on a newly blocked list. Would you be able to tell me what country your servers are in that host your images??? This will help me get them unblocked and will allow me to continue to use JotForm. Thanks for your help!

Please contact your IT and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of IP Addresses and Domain names on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

Also, JotForm servers are co-located in a cloud-based architecture with Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Google Cloud data centers are hosted in Iowa (US). AWS data centers are located both in Germany, Frankfurt (EU) and the US, Virginia (US).
