Forms not appearing on mobile devices?

I do not have the "Make this form responsive" field available when I got into Advanced Settings. I am unable to see our forms on mobile devices. 

I have even applied the widget. No luck. Please help.

I have checked your form and it is mobile responsive.

Can you try to embed your form using the Iframe code?

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
