Everytime I go to export my reports I keep getting a 504 Gateway Timeout page. Please advise.

Try getting it partially. Click on Preferences icon on the right side and select a date range. Then click on the Exce/CSV link.

This does not work. I now can't even get into my reports again. It says that it is not available between 9am -5pm. As a paying client I am getting frusterated. What is going on?

The switch to the main database server is complete with increase memory
and cpu power. The export feature should now be working.
