Submission editing and submissions limit

Can I or you disable the option to edit a form already filled out? It gets confusing when someone does a form then goes back and edits it, it just adds more forms to my inbox. I'd rather have them just email me the info I need, plus I think every one that edited takes from my free amount?

If you provide a form user with a submission edit link, they can update their entry. The submission update will not generate a new entry and will not affect your monthly submissions quota.

On the other hand, if they submit a new form entry (without using the submission edit link), it is just a new submission.
