Embed script with form's Custom URL not working

for whatever reaswon... the address you just sent would not populate from your website... it worked with what you sent.

ok... on "my forms"  when I preview the form (which is where i copy the address for our website) they all have similar addresses...[https://form.jotform.com/82615881164158] with the numbers. with the exception of riverhawk vendor. on preview i get this:  [https://www.jotform.com/lindentertainment/vendor-application]

and that would not work on wordpress as the others did.  The address you sent me did work for that vendor form... so yes it is resolved for now.

Just to explain it further, the URL that you are getting when you preview the Vendor Application for Riverhawk Music Fest form is its custom URL. The custom URL of the form is enabled that is why you are getting it instead of the direct URL (which has the series of numbers).
