Is it possible to use user responses as variables that can be put in a text format? 

ex. How long have you had your headache? 

1. days

2. weeks

3. months

Instead of the response for the survery being: 

How long have you had your headache? 2. weeks

Can you create an output of: "The patient has had a headache for weeks."
