Can you provide Dynamic Autoresponder by keywords

Hi,

Can you provide me an Auto response email by keywords...

Like some one wants to know about abcd (keywords) then for that a customized reply will go automatically...

like that wxyz(Keywords) another customized reply will go...

Is it possible in any case. If yes then please let me know in details what exactly I have to do...

Yes, it is possible to send an email alert using keywords. Just go to Settings > Conditions > Change E-mail recipient, set your condition to find words containing from a field and choose the email alert and to which email address it will send.
