How do I add an additional condition (see example below)

On our Boca Grande cruise form, there is a choice for which Cruise to take A, B or Either. If you choose the A or B a menu comes up for them to choose a meal.

If more than one are registered, I don't know how to add a way for each registered person to be able to choose a meal.

(E.x., 3 registered to attend, but can only choose 1 meal option)

You should add additional 8 meal options and show each based on the Either quantity.
