Hi team, I’m just reaching out for two reasons:
1) I’ve just launched a membership site and am using JotForm however half of those registering have not been able to complete the registration in one smooth transaction. It keeps showing up as pending registration. This has happened to at least half of the women registering. As you can understand this is very frustrating and labour intensives for both myself and those registering. Please help.
2) I’ve recently just upgraded to the next level of subscription due to being prompted to because I’ve completed more than 10 payments this month? However in the past when I’ve used jotform for payments/registration I’ve had far more than 10 at a time and it’s never been an issue or needed to upgrade? Please can you explain that to me.
thanks for your help and tome
Stacey

1) Pending payments appear when your users submit the form, and after being redirected to PayPal, they don't finish the paying but they close the window/tab. At that time you're informed about incomplete payments. More about that:
https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments
https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ
2) Payment limits changed for a while, and Bronze plans are limited to 10 payments per month, Silver is limited to 100 per month and so on, you can check more about plans limits here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
Let us know if you have any further questions
Thank you!
