May I confirm my payment through PO has been processed?

    Good day Srs.

    I am waiting for confirmation of the approval of the purchase order sent a few days ago.

    Please indicate if any steps need to be taken for approval

    I have  checked on our end and I cannot find the purchase order information, please make sure you have completed the process as explained on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/353-How-to-Upgrade-and-Pay-by-Purchase-Order 

    Note that  since this requires manual process it may take some weeks to be completed. 

    If the process has been followed as instructed on the guide and the payment processor receives your payment, then your account will be upgraded as soon as the payment is reflected on our end.
