May you please kindly provide us more details about the method you're using to print your submissions as well as the form where this happens? 

I have checked one of your forms and noticed the encryption feature is enabled, note that some features such as the reports are not available for encrypted forms, you will also find more information about it here: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
