I deleted a form I didn't mean to!

Can you help me put back up a form I just accidentally deleted!!! IT was the "donations" or maybe "donation submissions" form. I was trying to delete all the submissions and accidentally pressed the wrong thing.

You may have been referring to your form https://www.jotform.us/form/60386584037158 in the account. If the form is deleted, it shall be moved to Trash folder along with the submissions. You may restore it from the Trash folder. Please refer to the guide below:
