Obtaining Holiday Pricing

My subscription is almost up (9/28/18), but I would like to get on a subscription cycle to coincide with holiday pricing, which typically offers 1/2 off or better on subscriptions. 

What is the best way for me to take advantage of that pricing? 

I also wonder if a government (in my case a municipality in the United States) can take advantage of Non-Profit rates/status. 

We currently do not have any promotions. Previous years, we had "End of Year Sale" in December so I assume that we will have one this year as well. Previously we offered a 50% discount for yearly plans only. For now, I can only suggest you to switch your account to a monthly plan and then upgrade the account to a yearly plan once we have a sale.
