I reset my username and password but I did not receive an email

    I am trying to reset my username and password and the message "success, look at your email"  appears, but I did not receive an email.

    I checked our email logs and I can see that emails were being sent successfully.

    Please check your spam folder. If you see JotForm emails, please mark it as not spam.

    Also, the email address is associated with the account username (sfrank) and the account has no forms.
