lista correos

    hola.

     

    Es posible que estos correos esten en la lista de no existentes

    pcavaller@trenssfm.com

    rmorey@trensfm.com

    Hi,

    Both email address in IN our bounce list;

    Result: 

    Rmorey@trensfm.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 421-'DNS temporary failure at return MX check, try again later (#4.3.0)'

    ---------------

    Result: 

    Pcavaller@trensfm.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 421-'DNS temporary failure at return MX check, try again later (#4.3.0)'

    I have them already removed from the list so all should now work again.

    To prevent this from happening again, please ask your service provider to Whitelist Jotmails IP Addresses: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

    Or, please try using noreply@jotform.com as your form notifications Sender Email, like this one;

    thanks for the reply.
    But these two emails are still not working.
    How I can change the mail sender and reply to email? just let me choose the
    form bunches.

    It's no longer on the bounce list so it should work. I assume you are referring to form UTE AZMA Parte de trabajo?

    I have checked the notification recipient email and found the below details.

    Dmillas@gmail.com,pcavaller@trensfm,rmorey@trensfm,atorresp@terra.es

    Seems that you forgot to include the domain extension .com to your trensfm email this time. :)
