We cannot access resumes or cover letters

    We are not able to retrieve resumes or cover letters from the applications we receive through Jotform from our company website.  Our company is Winchester Equipment Co.  It appears the applications are coming through.  However, when clicking on the cover letter option or resume option the screen remains blank and eventually states page cannot be displayed.

    Is this happening when you are working within form submissions page? If so, please try one more time; I have switched your submissions page from the new spreadsheet format to our classic layout format.

    If you are accessing the form entries in some other way, please provide more details.
