We Love the system so far and are considering a paid subscription but we can not get three fields of the form to function correctly.    We have saved it and opened as a fillable PDF and the forms are not working correctly.  It is omitting a header column on a table and it is not allowing the calendar to pop up to choose a date.   It is also running the question text over into the answer box.

I thought maybe the calendar only worked online, please confirm, but still need to know why it is not showing the headings on the rows in the table and also running the questions text over into the answer box on one field.  It shows everything correct in preview form, but not once saved.

Love the simplicity of the form builder, hope you can get it to work..

You're correct. The calendar function only works on the web form since it is run by a javascript. Unfortunately, PDF does not have this function so it is not possible. You can only have a textbox for the date field.

Regarding on the input table, I couldn't reproduce it here. Could you please try it again?

Also on the cloned version of your form. The column headers on the input table are shown.
