Jotform refused to Connect: submit.jotform.us

    We are having the same issue as this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1563759-Why-is-my-form-crashing-when-submitted

    And the link to the answer provided by @Richie_P (https://www.jotform.com/answers/1563760) does not work (I see: Unauthorized Access Your account does not have access to this page.  Please switch or login your account.)

    So I do not know what is wrong.

    Users are seeing submit.jotform.us refused to connect:

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form by sending a test submission and I was able to submit your form successfully. Thank you page was also displayed.

    Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look. 

    Are you accessing your form form any office network or wifi? Is there any firewall in your network which is blocking URL https://submit.jotform.us I would also suggest you to please test your form from any other network or mobile network and see if you are able to submit your form successfully.

    Yes, confirmed. The university has a firewall that blocks jotform submission.

    Any way we can get around that? Other than using a different network.

    You can consult IT support at the University to whitelist Jotform IP addresses and domains. This is the best course besides using a different network.
