    How to set single selection for products?

    I want users to choose just one answer from five options.  See the options enclosed in the form below.

    Would this modified clone fit your requirement?


    If so, you must first configure your payment form to allow only a single selection for products. Refer to the image below to learn how it can be done:

    Secondly, delete the other two checkboxes (5 & 6) and add them to your payment form as products with "0" pricing.

    These products will come out on your form as items with "Free" text as its price. To remove them, kindly inject these CSS codes to your form:

    #cid_36 span + br + span + br + span + br + span + br + span > label > span > b { display:none; }
