I am missing submissions data made on May 2018

    Hi,

    I have been on contact previously concerning missing data from this form:https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/71132971667360.

    The only response I received was to say that there is data from the date I specified. However I am 100% certain there is data missing that we had previously that has now disappeared. We have data missing from when this form was first set up. We have had applicants sending us receipts of their applications but their data is no longer on this submission list, and neither myself or any of my colleagues have deleted this data. 

    For example, please see screenshot of someone below who is now not on there.

    Please can someone URGENTLY help me by restoring this data, preferably any data from when the form was set up, as we need this desperately for our London Marathon charity places.

    I think this is because you've downgraded the account to free plan in June. Please note that we have a Total Submissions Storage which is 500 only for the free plan. Our system deleted your old submissions to keep you on this limit. 

    Anyways, the system still has the data, and I've restored it for you. Can you check again?

    Thank you for your very swift reply on this. I appreciate the efficiency.

    Thanks for checking and finding out the reason why. I don't think we were made aware that data would be deleted, nor were we told WHICH data would be deleted, but I appreciate that storage is limited, and going forward will keep in mind that it is deleted at random.

    Thank you for restoring it, I have also now downloaded the data. Please could you allow me a few days to sort through how we are going to keep storage to 500 only?
