I want to allow a colleague access to view and make changes to one Jotform (via My Profile – User – Setup Sub Accounts to Share Forms and Folders.
My colleagues name appears there because he has had access to the form in the past. Now it says against his name – No forms shared. When I edit his account and add the form again, and update, it does appear against his name. Then I return to My Forms. If I go back to check on the Setup Sub Accounts page again, the form has gone and it says No forms shared against his name.

My colleague is having the same issue with another form.

I'm sorry but that doesn't help a lot since we don't know the form URL, please share the form URL so we can check what is happening.

I edit the sub account to add the form, selecting from Select from my forms.
I leave this page and go back to the My Forms page. When I check back to the Sub accounts page the Sub Account has reverted back to this.
