Hello, I need get a control of personnel that make a control with work hours, need take the hours position and the finish, to control effective work hours.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to allow your users to enter the start time and end time on your form to log the work hours? If so, please check the time field enabled with Time Range option from the field properties if that works.
