Why does my subscription say it's due next year, when I just paid for two years?

    I just bought the 2 year upgrade for Jotform at the special holiday pricing. In my account, it says my next payment is due next year (2013).

    Your latest payment was attributed to a different account with username doggydaycare

    If this was a mistake and that the upgrade was actually meant for oncommand, just let me know and I'll have everything corrected.

    uhh, yeah. can you fix it? doggydaycare is an account from a business that oncommand bought. they may use the same email address.

     

    doggydaycare does NOT need premium services. oncommand does.

    All done. Your account should now show Next Billing date as Dec 19, 2014.
