How long submissions saved for?

    Hi,


    I have been paying $19 a month for JotForm even though I no longer use it for my website. I have been paying only to save the email addresses connected to each inquiry. I finally just figured out how to download the addresses to an excel file, and discovered that only a few have been saved from the past few months. I am EXTREMELY aggravated - where have all my inquiries gone? And what have I been paying for? I would like a full refund if all my inquires are unable to be restored.

    Since you're on the bronze plan your data is stored until you decide to delete it or downgrade back to free. I have checked your account and you have actually two forms, one of them is in the "Archive" folder: 

    Julu contact form - 130 submissions

    Julu book now form  (archived)- 176 submissions

    I have been checking your account activity logs and noticed you have not deleted any submissions so the number show for each for should be the correct one. 

    You're actually paying for the limits of the bronze plan, if you want to check the limits per plan and see your current ones, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits 

    Now, if you have an example of data you have received via email or you had downloaded before, but it's missing on your forms now, please kindly provide us with that so we can further check this on our end.
