Hidden Fields not showing up on PDFs

Asked by maidprointranet on December 20, 2012 at 02:46 PM

I have a form that, once filled out, one of our staff will go in and "sign" and date the approval of the form.  Then we went to be able to download a PDF of the form to save locally.  The Hidden Fields are showing on the Submission Edited email we receive once we make the change, and you can see it on the submission form preview, as well as the list of submitted forms on the same page.  The option to show the Hidden Fields is marked as "SHOW" in every place I can think of, short of making it viewable on the form itself.

How can I get the hidden fields to show up on the PDF once we've filled them out on the back end?

    Thank you for your help!

I have opened a ticket with our developers to see if we can get hidden fields added to PDF form submission downloads.

    Hi there,

I'm currently having the same problem but on emails:

I'm using a hidden unique id that I want to show for myself in auto responder but the value is not showing for some reason.
