Form created under wrong user - Transfer options?

    Hi JotForm, 

    we have mistakenly created a form under the wrong user, who does not have a premium account. As such, we are now facing a block of our payments. Is it possible to transfer the form so we can still continue to receive payments without needing to recreate and share the form again?

    Hi, it's me again.

    We would need to move the form linked in the question here to the account AQA Official, which is under the email admin@quidditch.org.au

    Upon checking your form #82538677093873, I found that it is associated with a different account with username "reginatk".

    Please note that for security reasons, we need the form transfer request to come from source account. I would suggest you to please sign in to your JotForm account "reginatk" and then send us a message to transfer form and we will do the needful. 

    We will wait for your response.

    I own the reginatk account, what do I need to do to transfer the form over to the qaevents account?

    In order to prove ownership, please log in to that account username, then open a new thread to make the form transfer request. Make sure to specify which form is to be transferred, and also the username of the account where the form will be transferred to.
