JotForm on our web page not working consistantly

    Dear JotForm,

    Last Wednesday, 9/19/18, our webpage mgmt. provider had their server crash.  Our webpage was down for 12 hours. Since it came back, we have had several clients tell us that have been unable to use the claim form: some say they cannot load up files, others say that they cannot send the form.  Can you check to see on your end if the form is working properly? Our webpage is www.collectthemoney.com.  I have already contacted our webpage mgmt. provider.

    I checked the form embedded on this page http://www.collectthemoney.com/claimform.html and it is working as expected.

    I also couldn't see any errors on the webpage where the form is embedded.

    I also made a test submission on your form and the form submits just fine. The only minor issue I see is that I have to scroll up in order to see the thank you message. This can be corrected when you embed the form using its iframe embed code.
