Missing form fields on FreshBooks integration?

    Initially set up FreshBooks integration just fine with all field transferring over, but now Email (email) and Notes (account members) are not selectable options (in fact their are zero selectable options) on the integration wizard. Tried removing/reinstall integration, clearing browser cache on multiple browsers and restarting to no avail. Any suggestions?

    I have Cloned your form, and then tried to integrate that cloned form with Freshbooks.

    I was able to see all the fields.

    Can you please also try with the cloned form to see if that makes any difference?

    That seemed to have fixed it. However, not all Form fields (from Freshbooks) are able to be mapped from JotForms. Would it be possible to map a non-telephone number (like answer to Auto Pay?) to Fax Field? Is that a restriction from FreshBooks?

    I am not 100% sure, but that may be a limitation from our integration side.

    If you really need this functionality, please let us know. We can submit a feature request ticket for this.
