I cannot login to cancel my subscription

I am being charged for the website, but I cannot login to the site to cancel my membership.

I could not find an account associated with the email address danielchalkley@btinternet.com.

In order to locate your account, we would need one of the following:

- The username of your account
- The email address associated with your account
- The form URL of any form created using your account
- The URL of a website where the form is embedded in

If you were paying via PayPal, you can cancel the subscription directly from the PayPal website:
