Hello Jotform, I was wondering if you could help me understand why the field questions are not showing up on the email confirmation that is sent to us? I have included a screenshot that shows that everything is integrated correctly on the infusionsoft side an in the backend, but the email is not showing the right details. Please let me know, thanks - Allen

I see your email body does not contain these questions which is the reason when you receive the notification emails it does not display the questions. You may edit your existing email template.

You may add the question text and then drag-drop the Form fields displayed in the screenshot to left.
