Hello Murtaza. If you're using a payment tool such as paypal or purchase order on your form, you can insert new options for your product items, etc. Here's a user guide for you using Paypal. This can also be used for Purchase Order payment tool (no payment gateway service associated): https://www.jotform.com/help/165-How-to-setup-a-payment-integration-and-customize-it
Here are also other guides that talk about customizing product items on your form:
Regarding your concern for your form's size, have you tried expanding the width of your form and then merging on the same line some certain fields? You can do this by selecting the form element (field) and then pressing either the right click of your mouse or the properties icon then selecting shrink
Next, select the form element again, and then select properties or right click. This time it will ask if you want to merge the form element to above line.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
