My form is showing as disabled

    I "chatted" with your support yesterday because my form was disabled.  We changed the expiration date and moved the form under a free account in my name

    For some reason it is again disabled

     

    I have sent out the link for fill in, and I am getting complaints of an unavailable form

     

    Can you help me re-enable this form with the same url?

    The said form is now re-enabled. I have also cleared all limits on its configuration. If it still is disabled on your end, please try using the following link:

    Thanks, what is causing the issue?  Do I need to do something on my end?  I am hesitant to send people to it again if it is unstable.??

    Hi,

    Although I have not the chance to see the previous setup of your form, I assumed that the form limit feature had been used. You can check this article about it -How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Web-Form 

    My colleague NeilVicente must have cleared all the unecessary submission limit already to re-instate the form in working condition. I'd like to assure you that the form is stable and you can proceed as normal.
