Can I merge 2 accounts?

    I purchased the Premium yearly upgrade and created a new account (info@cents-ability.org) without realizing that my organization had an existing free version already in existance. I would like to continue to use the old account since it have forms and data that is still very useful, but do not want to pay for a separate upgrade. Is there anyway to close our my new account and transfer the upgrade to the old account?

    Hi,

    You can just cancel the new upgraded account so it become Free again, then just upgrade the older account to Premium.
