I purchased the Premium yearly upgrade and created a new account (firstname.lastname@example.org) without realizing that my organization had an existing free version already in existance. I would like to continue to use the old account since it have forms and data that is still very useful, but do not want to pay for a separate upgrade. Is there anyway to close our my new account and transfer the upgrade to the old account?Page URL:

You can just cancel the new upgraded account so it become Free again, then just upgrade the older account to Premium.
