I was offered a 50% off to upgrade to a Premium subscription. On 12/12/12 I was told that my new subscription had worked through the system. However, just now I've received an email from Jotform informing me that my account is over my free account quota!? What's going on? I paid for the Premium upgrade on 12/12/12.
