When I go to delete a page I get the option asking if I want to delete all elements of the page.
Not sure what this even means.
I would assume that asking to delete the page would also mean deleting all elements.
If I do not click on that option, it does not appear to delete anything
If i click on it I get all kinds of grief when other elements of pages get merged together randomly and it is a nightmare to correct.
I now make a clone of my page and work in that first but still have major issues with the above

Hello Harold,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this

It is hard to actually add images but I created a clone and within the clone I deleted one of the pages without clicking on delete all elements.
What happened is that the header I use for most pages has been moved to the bottom of some pages and has disappeared in others

Hi Harold,
So that we can understand what you're trying to do better, can you share with us the link to your form, a screenshot of the issue, and a bit more about what you're trying to do? If you'd like to delete a page from your form, we simply need to delete the page break. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on your Page Break and on the Trash icon beside it.
Let us know if you need any help.

Hi Harold,
Note that deleting a page will not delete any element. For example, if your app has two pages and you decide to delete the second page, the elements on page 1 and page 2 will be merged but no element will be deleted. If you want to an element, you'll have to select the element and click on the Trash can icon. Check out the screencast below:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

You should make that clearer to the user. You should mention that this is not "delete" a page, it is merge a page.
Let me ask you another question. Once you delete the elements of a page what happens to the shell?

Hi Harold,
When removing elements from a page, the page itself will remain in the app. To prevent the elements from appearing on the adjacent page after deletion, it’s best to delete them first.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
