I changed payment information but was still charged on my old card.

    Hi!


    I need a refund on my current bill under FlightstarJax. I changed the payment information from my personal debit card to the corporate card, but still got charged on my personal card.


    Is there anyway to refund my personal and then I can go in and put in a new professional credit card number?

    I did check your account and found that you have paid through your PayPal account. Please note that subscription needs to be cancelled from your PayPal account. I would suggest you to please cancel your PayPal subscription and the following guide should help you:    https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription 

    Your PayPal subscription ID:   S-8CB95046FR549922M

    Do get back to us after you cancel your PayPal subscription, we will send a request to our billing team to process the refund for your latest subscription payment.

    Thank you! This is cancelled. I also reached out to a member of my team to add in the new payment details directly from Flightstar corporate card

    I have sent a request to our billing team to process the refund for your last subscription payment. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

    Please note that "flightstarjax" account is now downgraded to free plan.
