    why am I not receiving emails from my registration form page

     my wesite is www.littlepicassonyc.com.  I have a registration page that was created with jot form but I am not getting my registrations into my email box.  This is the second request for support from you within the pasgt 12 hours.  I need this solved and who ever created my website is not responding to my calls or emails.  The url to the registration form page Is: http://littlepicassonyc.com/registration.html

    The following is a response email I got from my web host to an inquiry on this issue

    The file registration.html calls a script for the registration form:

    <script src="http://form.jotform.com/jsform/11632406162"></script></td>

    I believe the problem is with the script at
    http://form.jotform.com/jsform/11632406162. E-mail delivery to
    littlepicassonyc.com looks normal, no errors in the logs. You will need to
    contact the creator of the script or form.jotform.com for more information
    on why the E-mails are not reaching the mailbox.

    Hi Patrick,

    Your settings were fine and base on our logs, all emails are sent to your email address;

    Have you check your spam box to see if the email notifications are there? Please try to add noreply@jotform.com to your contact list.  Also, one solution to fixed this is to ask your service provider to whitelist Jotmails IP Address: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
