    Hi,

    No, that is not CSS Codes. That's a Form Field tags found on your autoresponder.

    ---

    You don't need to change anything on your form fields, the changes should be done on your autoresponder email template.

    Your current autoresponder setup:

    Instead of separating the Prefix, First Name and Last name field tags, do it this way:

    So when your client receives the form, it'll look like this:

    Hi,

    Notification template is highly costumizable, you can add or insert any text you want. In that case, it'll look like this.

    Dear {18} {19}

    Remember that {18} is your prefix tags and {19} is your last name tags as seen on the image above. You can construct them like this. You can modify your autoresponder structure, just be sure not to change every form field tags. e.g. {18}.

    Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!

    @canalfishdrown

    Just out of curiosity, is there a particular reason for not using the Full Name tool? While testing the functionality of the form, I noticed that only the prefix has been set to required which means that the form could be submitted with just the prefix of the full name field completed. Conversely, if the full name tool were to be used, the entire field could be set to required. If the field is clicked, buttons specific to that field will appear in the toolbar. One of them is Prefix. Also, the sub-labels of fields can be edited by clicking them and typing the desired text. So, "Last Name" can be changed to "Surname", as illustrated below:

    (Click image to zoom if necessary)

    If the above change is made, you would either have to manually update the content of both email alerts via their menu or just create new ones. (Once an email alert has been previously edited, it will no longer reflect additions and /or removal of fields.)

    As always, please let us know if you need further assistance.
