Guest Account: Can't Login

    Hello,

    I'm having trouble logging into our account.

    I've tried resetting the email but never receive an email to do so.

    If someone could reach out and assist me with being able to log in, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi Ashley,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email associated with this thread and see that it is a Guest Account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts that require only one login. You will not be able to get a password reset email sent to your email address. You can create a free account with the same email address that you used for your Guest account. To create a new account, you can go to this link.

    If you're referring to a different account, can you provide us with the username/email address for us to check?

    Thank you for getting back to me. This is actually a paid associated with Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. I'm not able to create another account since it will not be linked with Blue Ridge.
