I logged into my payed jotform account with my 1Password app and now I have no forms. It seems as if this account is a new free account. I am not sure what happened but I have not changed my username or password, and I cannot access any of my previous forms except through my old links. Please help.

The said form is under the account: armandolucero with email address registered: email@example.com
You can use our Forgot Password tool to reset your password.

Thank you! I don't remember ever changing the username but I guess I must have.
