Enterprise- Locked Out Account

    I changed my password and when I entered the new one it said my account is locked. We are on Jotform Enterprise. Can you help me?

    Hi Eric,

    Thank you for your patience and I'm sorry you're experiencing difficulty logging in. It looks like your account got locked to a failed login attempt. I've unlocked the account, can you try to log in again now? Do also note that any admin on the server can also unlock accounts through the admin console should this happen again.
