Hello,
I use a ton of Short Scrollable Terms on our medical forms.
We just bought an iPad to hand patients and the field shows up as blank 90% of the time. We have checked on Safari and Chrome with the same result. See photo attached.
We have not experienced this in on computers or phones.
Advice?
Thanks,
Jeff -

I have tested your form on multiple iPad devices but I could not replicate the issue.
Can you please try using your browser (Chrome) in Private Mode (Incognito)?
Also, if possible, try to connect your iPad on a different network (such as a mobile hotspot) and see if this makes a difference.

Hello,
I found the answer. We are limiting this iPad to three sites:
norehealth.com
nore.health
hipaa.jotform.com
When I removed that restriction the widget worked. So apparently the widget is calling out to another site to make it work. Can you tell me that URL so I can add it to the list of approved sites?
Thanks,
Jeff -

Please make sure that you add the Widgets URL to the list of approved sites as well.
widgets.jotform.io
This should fix the issue.

Actually, the Smooth Signature widget is not working. Does it use a different website?
Thanks!

It looks like the Smooth Signature widget is hosted on a different subdomain.
data-widgets.jotform.io
https://data-widgets.jotform.io
Let us know if you need further assistance.
