So I've used the free order form template and it's working fine, but I'd like to add more question boxes. This first one is for whole turkey, and now I'd like another for dressing options, then another for ham options, etc. I can't seem to find where to drag a new question box onto my form? Is it a widget? If so, which one? Thanks!

I did check your form and found that it is Purchase Order payment tool. You need to open the wizard of the purchase order payment tool to be able to add new product options. Please check the screenshot below on how to add new product in purchase order tool:
You may also like to take a look at the following guide on how to add Sub-Category or Sub-Labels on an order form: https://www.jotform.com/help/178-How-to-Have-Sub-Category-or-Sub-Labels-on-an-Order-Form
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the quick response! I saw how to add more items, so you'll see I have 4 different sizes of turkey that can be chosen. I'd now like another subcategory that I'll call Stuffing, under which I'll add 4 more items, then another one for Sausages, etc. Is that possible? Right now I can only have one subheader (Whole Turkey) but I'd like to add more. Can that be done?
This is what I'm trying to do:
Whole Turkey

Stuffing

Fixins

ETC...

It's possible using a workaround provided in the following help guide - https://www.jotform.com/help/178-How-to-Have-Sub-Category-or-Sub-Labels-on-an-Order-Form
This is how the sample form looks -
