Can I take attendance to my classes

Hello! I would like to know if you offer a way to take attendance of people taking my classes. Let me explain further:

People register for my 10-week classes using THIS form. I can see a list of registrants online with a table report, but I would like to be able to mark down, each week, if the person was there for the class. Do you have a tool that can make this possible?

    Thanks, Dani

You could create a table using an Input Table fields with rows for weeks and columns for attendee names.

Check my demo form - https://form.jotform.com/82755834677978

You can add the names of the users from your existing form.

You can fill it every week (or day as required) and Edit the same form using the Edit Submission link every week.

If you do not want to edit the submissions you can fill a separate form for each week and then merge the submissions as required.

Here is the image of the field -

I hope this helps. Let us know if this doesn't suit your requirements.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. One question: can you automatically populate the attendance list with names from another form? Or de we have to enter this information manually? We do get people that signs up halfway through a session.

    Thanks! Daniela

Do you want to automatically add new names/ Input Table rows, when some other form is submitted? That is not possible. You will need to edit your table and add the names manually.

In case that you want to pass the data from one form to another, please check this guide:
